Crisp, lightly padded nylon (bomber-adjacent) jacket by UK designer dexter wong (c. 1990s). Main body, sleeves bright blue, shoulders and neck darker blue, chest with white and red target (or bullseye if you prefer) motif. Has two way high/fold down neck, welt pockets at the sides, zips at cuff, and tabs to cinch jacket at waist. Quite cropped.
